Emerald Development - Overview

Located in Grande Riviere, Gros Islet the proposed site comprises 29.4 acres within easy access to Castries. This will be transformed into a residential community equipped with modern day amenities. Access to the development is from the Grande Riviere road.

The layout and engineering details of this project were designed by AMARNA Consult Ltd. Commencement of construction is scheduled for March 2006.  Anticipated construction period is 9 months. Tenders for the construction are due by February 10, 2006. 

Emerald Development - Lot Differentiation

This residential community comprises 117 fully serviced lots that have been grouped as follows:

Emerald Crescent

Comprises 9 lots.  Lots range in size from 5200 - 8500 sq. ft. Partly bounded by the dedicated green area of the development. 

Emerald Terrace

Comprises 28 lots. Lots range in size from 4800 - 10200 sq. ft. Located at the inner core of the development.
 
Emerald Heights

Comprises 80 lots. Lots range in size from 4500 - 17500 sq. ft. Located strategically to produce scenic views.
